The closing statement of the meeting of solidarity and support for the Palestinian revolutionaries
Under the title: “Palestine revolts with weapons, AlQuds is closer, and the Promised Day is Approaching.”
Beirut on April 18, 2022
In support and solidarity with Palestine revolting with weapons and with the protectors of Al-Aqsa and the steadfast fighters in defense of the right in the face of the herds of settlers and extremists, and under the title: “Palestine revolts with weapons, AlQuds is nearer and the promised day is coming.”
April 2022, corresponding to the 15th of Ramadan, and continued until one o’clock after midnight.
The meeting was opened by the Secretary-General of the Global Gathering in Support of the Choice of Resistance, Dr. Yahya Ghaddar, by reciting Al-Fatihah on the souls of the martyrs of the Palestinian revolution and the martyr of Jerusalem, Hajj Qassem Soleimani, and on the souls of all the martyrs of the Arab and Islamic nation and the free people of the world.
Palestine today is experiencing grave events, and a heroic resistance that is the foundation of a Palestinian, Arab, Islamic and international era that is different from the previous ones. The Palestinian people are the people of the mighty, and the people of the valiant resistance that never surrenders and never raises a white flag in its history.
Their heroic resistance has evolved from individual operations and lonely lion operations by stabbing and trampling, to armed intifada, to armed individual operations in the depth of the Zionist entity, such as the heroic operation, which was carried out a few days ago by the heroic martyr Raad Hazem, who killed 3 of the herds of settlers and wounded 15 of them, and before that the operations of Bani Brak, Khdeira and Beersheba, which resulted in the killing of 14 Zionist soldiers and a usurper settler.
The heroes of the Palestinian resistance have become prepared, equipped and able to penetrate the enemy’s fortified positions, and they carry out shooting operations professionally and distinguish between the child, the woman and the sheikh on the one hand, and the military and the armed settler on the other hand, and they act with high self-confidence and dazzle the enemy and instill terror in its devices and army and achieve many severe injuries in the ranks of the settlers, their morale, and their confidence in the temporary entity that will inevitably and soon vanish, God willing.
The revolution, the popular resistance and the armed uprising launched by the resistant people, in the holy month, the month of giving and giving, are not cut off from the history of resistance, steadfastness and sacrifice that the Palestinian people have been doing since the accursed Balfour Declaration, and they have never laid down arms, and the proud people revolt with arms in the West Bank and in historic Palestine after The news of the intifada of stones and the intifada to liberate Gaza from the settler invaders, and the news of solutions and illusions of settlements and absurd negotiations and the authority of the prisons and ghettos administration and security coordination. After the Palestinian people no longer believed in the Arab regimes and the Arab League, they realized that the ruling regimes and families betrayed Palestine and deserted it, and expelled the Citadel of Resistance Syria from the Arab League, to control the latter and make it the League of Arabists, and formed with the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council tools to justify and summon the Atlantic and American invasions to pass deals of normalization, betrayal and conspiracy.
The Palestinian people blew up their armed uprising on the first anniversary of the wave of the Sword of AlQuds and the intifada of Bab al-Amud and Sheikh Jarrah, which restored the Palestinian cause its glamor and essence as the cause of a united people in AlQuds, the West Bank, the lands of 48 and in the diaspora.
Thus the Palestinian people decided that they had no choice but the option of armed resistance within the popular environment that embraced and revolved around the heroic resistance, and to rely on the axis of resistance that accumulated victories and the continuation of its central goal to liberate AlQuds and all of Palestine from the river to the sea.
The Palestinian people are revolting today with weapons, and they trust that the axis of resistance is accumulating victories to support the Palestinian revolution and the resistance people. And that Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Syria and Iran are at the highest levels of readiness and equipment, and the declaration of His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah that the resistance now possesses air defense weapons, drones and the technology to make missiles accurate is a proof and confirmation of the readiness of the resistance, including the restoration of Galilee and AlQuds.
The armed Palestinian people’s ongoing revolution and at this stage, which comes in a new time and in an Arab, Islamic and global environment, with all its manifestations, results and transformations, is in the interest of developing and supporting the intifada, the armed revolution and the opportunity to liberate Palestine all of Palestine, God willing, and on the promise of the leaders of the resistance, the liberation of the holy sites and the return of Palestine. No force or alliance will prevent liberation, “whatever is taken by force will not be restored without force.”
Then the floor was given to the participants from different continents and countries of the world in the symposium (the names of the participants are in the appendix at the end of the statement), who emphasized what was stated in the opening speech and enriched it with opinions, ideas and suggestions.
The words and interventions were unanimous and agreed on the following main points:
First: Greetings and appreciation to the steadfast Palestinian people stationed in AlQuds, the West Bank, Gaza and the 48 territories, and for their valiant resistance to the Zionist entity, that heroic resistance and the current armed and popular uprising wave in the blessed month of Ramadan that terrified the occupation and shook its pillars and security, and herds of settlers, which escalate and prove to the Zionist enemy – despite attempts to jump On the fact that it is a temporary occupied entity – that the Palestinian people adhere to their right to freedom, independence and to live in dignity on their homeland in all of historic Palestine in an independent and fully sovereign state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital, and the return of Palestinian refugees to their homes from which they were forcibly displaced in accordance with UN Resolution No. 194.
Second: Saluting the captive national movement in the prisons of the Zionist entity on the eve of Prisoner’s Day, the title of the Palestinian people’s solidity and steadfastness in adhering to their legitimate national rights, working to invest the tools of international law, and calling on United Nations institutions to condemn Israeli practices and implement the Geneva Conventions by treating them as prisoners of war, and to compel the enemy to release all Palestinian and Arab prisoners and detainees from his detention. And the struggle for a combative strategy that restores national unity and works to implement the prisoners’ document, the decisions of the National and Central Councils, and the outcomes of the meeting of the secretaries-general, confronting the attacks of the Zionist occupation soldiers on AlQuds and the Palestinian cities, villages and camps in a single and unified row, and developing unity in the field among the components of the Palestinian people and building the unified national leadership of resistance Popularity in all its forms and the provision of a political incubator for it in the occupied West Bank.
Third: God Almighty willed that Palestine be the cradle of missions, the land of civilizations, the Qibla of the believers and the ascension of the prophets. The Almighty said: “And We decreed for the Children of Israel in the Book that you will corrupt the earth twice.” And the Messenger of God said, “A group of my nation will still be on the truth, victorious over their enemy, and they will not be harmed by those who oppose them except for the hardships that befall them, until God’s command comes to them while they are like that.” They said: O Messenger of God, where are they? He said: “In Bait Al-Maqdis and in the vicinity of Bait Al-Maqdis.” From the verses of the wise male and the honorable prophetic hadiths about Palestine and Al-Aqsa, the people of Palestine and all the resistance derive determination, patience, steadfastness and resistance to the brutal colonial forces and the Zionist entity that usurped the land of Palestine.
Fourth: The choice of resistance is the only option to expel the occupier and herds of settlers and return them to where they came from, as the land of Palestine is not theirs. That was the choice of the Algerian revolution and the Vietnam revolution, which were liberated by armed resistance, and by resistance against racial discrimination, the apartheid regime in South Africa, so no settler colonialism or colonization can or a racist unless he collapses and leaves when his occupation becomes expensive and an expensive occupation that he cannot afford.
Fifth: The choice of the Palestinian people is the choice of popular and armed resistance, while the choice of the official authority in Ramallah is the choice of defeat, security coordination, handing over the resistance to the occupation, the choice of eternal and absurd negotiations, and the begging of the “international community” that supports and arms the occupation and uses double standards when it comes to the aggression of the Zionist entity. The alternative is to form a unified national leadership in each location, leading to a central unified leadership that leads the popular resistance, the armed uprising, to resist and deter the entity and put an end to its aggression. Only here the international community listens and responds to the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people under the blows of the resistance and raising the cost of the occupation.
Sixth: Emphasizing that the Palestine Liberation Organization is the Palestinian entity that unites the Palestinian people inside and outside the occupied territories in accordance with its charter and original national program: the right of return, self-determination and an independent state over all Palestinian lands with its capital, Al-Quds Al-Sharif, and these goals will not be achieved without resisting the occupation and all forms of resistance and fueling the intifada The Palestinian people in the face of the usurper occupation, ending the division and annihilating the competition for a fictitious authority, the authority of Ramallah and the authority in Gaza, and the formulation of programs of struggle and resistance to the occupying enemy. And resisting the usurping entity, even expelling it and sweeping it from the land of Palestine, Jerusalem and AlQuds.
Seventh: On the basis of steadfastness and Palestinian unity in the face of the usurping entity and its machine of oppression and killing of the Palestinian people, its attacks on Islamic and Christian holy sites, the storming of its soldiers and desecration of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the beating and dragging of worshipers at dawn last Friday. Groups of settlers, and stand united in support and solidarity with the Palestinian resistance. This requires all armed resistance factions to anticipate the possibility of an escalation of the “transient entity” counter-attacks against them, which prompts them all to prepare on the ground to adopt a more integrated plan centered on the escalation of operations in all the occupied territories, to accompany it When necessary, military support operations from the Gaza Strip should be accompanied by the full readiness to intervene also from the resistance factions in the surrounding areas of Palestine under the slogan announced by His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah: “All Palestinians and the axis of resistance in the face of the “transient entity”
Eighth: Emphasizing the unity of the resistance forces in Palestine and condemning all forms of security coordination by the Palestinian Authority with the occupation forces to chase the resistance, which requires strengthening the unity of the resistance fighters in the field and the Palestinian military arms in the confrontation with the Zionist occupation forces and its settlers, despite the Zionist military grip and the obstacles, difficulties, and pursuits facing them The resistance fighters in Jenin suffer from the imposition of the Zionist siege on them since the heroic Tel Aviv operation, and the resistance fighters in Nablus, Silwad, Husan, and all the cities and villages of Palestine.
Ninth: Emphasizing that the experiences of the peoples of resistance throughout history, that there is no point with colonialism other than resisting it until its expulsion, achieving victory and complete independence for Palestine, achieving Arab unity and strengthening solidarity between the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nation, with the forces of peace and the free people of the world in the battle of one destiny, the battle of peace and liberation from domination and slavery And the arrogance of the forces of global arrogance, Zionism, American imperialism, and its Arab reactionary ally, which practice normalization with the Zionist entity, which desecrates Islamic and Christian sanctities in Palestine openly during the day.
Tenth: Calling on the Arab mediators to stop putting pressure on the Palestinian resistance forces, especially their military arms, in order to seek calm to protect the Zionist entity, the official Arab silence in the face of the attacks of the occupation army and its settlers, the violation of the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque, the practice of cold-blooded killing of children and women, and the deprivation of the Palestinian people from practicing their worship in Al-Aqsa Mosque. As well as erecting barriers, preventing freedom of movement, besieging cities and villages, and denying the most basic human rights of the Palestinian people.
Eleventh: The absolute rejection of the Judaization of AlQuds and Al-Aqsa Mosque and the calls of terrorist Naftali Bennett, prime minister of the Zionist enemy, to incite settlers and work on the spatio-temporal division of Al-Aqsa Mosque and incitement to offering sacrifices under the pretext of freedom of worship for all religions, in preparation for the spatial sharing of Al-Aqsa Mosque in preparation for its demolition under the pretext of searching for the alleged temple. What requires alertness to these dangers that threaten Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa, by uniting the Palestinian effort to resist these dangers and to secure effective support for the Arab and Islamic peoples.
Twelfth: Supporting Algeria’s initiative and its efforts to invite Palestinian factions to hold an inclusive Palestinian conference to achieve Palestinian unity, end division, and arrange the internal Palestinian house to be held soon on Algerian soil, prior to the convening of the Arab summit in brotherly Algeria.
Thirteenth: The demand of the Arab peoples in the countries that have normalized with the Zionist entity to confront the policy of their treacherous regimes, which have repudiated the decisions of the Arab consensus themselves, and to abandon Palestine, the central issue of the nation, and to express their solidarity by all means and means with the Palestinian people’s resistance to the occupier and the defense of the holiness of sanctities.
