Deputy Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naeem Qassim, received a delegation, headed by the Secretary-General of the Global Gathering in Support of the Choice of Resistance, Dr. Yahya Ghaddar, accompanied by his deputy, the General Coordinator of the Gathering in Cairo, Dr. Gamal Zahran.

During the meeting, “the Gathering’s absolute support for Hezbollah’s leadership and its approach in confronting the aggression against Gaza, through sacrifices and resistance to the brutal Zionist aggression” was emphasized.

Moreover, what the Gathering could offer internationally to support Gaza, Palestine, and the Axis of Resistance was discussed. The delegation listened to Sheikh Qassim in detail about what was happening on the southern front “in support of Gaza and in defense of Lebanon.”

Sheikh Qassim stressed that “the resistance will continue to support Gaza, despite all the external pressures being exerted.” The resistance in Lebanon will not stop until the war on Gaza stops.”

Sheikh Qassim pointed out that “Hezbollah is convinced that martyrdom is an individual project, while victory is the nation’s project.”

The Global Gathering in Support of the Choice of Resistance and the “Week of the Egyptian Arabic Republic” in Lebanon

Since the Al-Aqsa flood Operation, the Global Gathering in Support of the Choice of Resistance has mobilized international, especially Arab, potentials for the sake of Palestine, including international and Arab public opinion, and has created international pressure that leads to a ceasefire in Gaza.

The Gathering, through its coordinators and friends, has participated in and prepared for demonstrations in different Western countries. Moreover, it still holds meetings, seminars, and dialogue sessions in Lebanon and throughout the areas of its presence, and this can be seen on the Gathering’s website.

What was notable this week was the great activity of the Global Gathering in Support of the Choice of Resistance, which could be called the “Week of the Egyptian Arabic Republic” in Lebanon.

The Secretary-General of the Gathering, Dr. Yahya Ghaddar, and his deputy, the Coordinator of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the former MP, Dr. Gamal Zahran, participated, along with Mr. Muhammad Abu Zeid (editor-in-chief of the Al-Masir website, Egypt) and Mr. Muhammad Temsah (editor-in-chief of Rose Al-Yusuf magazine, Egypt) held a mass meeting in the headquarters of the Gathering, Beirut.

Also, the Palestinian and national factions, in addition to the Gathering’s coordinators from various countries participated via Zoom, under the title:

The Arab position… towards the Zionist war on Gaza… An Egyptian vision.

The Secretary-General of the gathering, Dr. Yahya Ghaddar launched an integrated workshop that began on Wednesday and ended on Sunday. The workshop can be summarized in a tour that included all pillars of the leadership of the Resistance Axis in Lebanon.

Gaza is waging the war with great efficiency, and the resistance factions have prepared themselves, for the war to liberate Palestine from the sea to the river.

Gaza and its heroic people, those mighty people, have prepared themselves to endure the harshest circumstances. They fight the destructive and cruel war with high morale, with hope and confidence in God and in themselves, with awareness and desire. It is the war to liberate Palestine from the sea to the river… and for its sake, sacrifices, lives and property are cheap…

The creative and legendary Gaza was reassured by the Resistance Axis and its sincere promise. It aided Gaza hours after the miraculous Al-Aqsa Flood Operation. The axis entered the war, the arenas and fronts were united, and Yemen entered the equation, as enemies didn’t anticipate, and no one knew what Yemen and the axis had prepared in terms of capabilities, weapons, and men, so the surprise fell like a thunder on the enemies.

Yemen, the Yemen of pure Arabism, sincere faith and those people, who fight in defense of sovereignty and independence, made Yemen a graveyard for all invaders and empires. Now it is united behind its leadership and its people are even more motivated to support Gaza, besiege Israel, and turn the Red Sea into a battlefield in favor of the axis, as its long and powerful hand in the seas from the Arab and Red Seas through the Gulf and to the Mediterranean.

Gaza is fighting with determination, faith and patience, and the axis supports it and will never stop. The ongoing war, as a major and regional war, is the war to liberate Palestine from the sea to the river, and the decisive round will take place soon.

About the war in Gaza, the role of the axis, the future of the war, the opportunity to liberate Palestine, and the popular and official Arab positions, what is required? How do Egypt and its people view all this and their role in supporting Gaza and the axis of resistance?

The attendees discussed all the proposed ways that could be implemented to keep pace with the results of the heroic Al-Aqsa Flood Operation and the victories it achieved in occupied Palestine. In parallel with the heroic and qualitative operations of the resistance in southern Lebanon, and the rest of the national and Palestinian factions, which inflicted heavy losses on the enemy in soldiers and equipment by targeting its camps and barracks. It also confused the Zionist State politically and militarily, as it forced it to transfer its settlers deep into occupied Palestine. This has put great political pressure on the enemy’s government and attracted more than half of its combat and defense systems on the northern front of occupied Palestine.

The most important of these conclusions is the focus on activating international public opinion and activating peaceful movements and demonstrations in support of the Palestinian cause. Especially in the Arab world, to support the liberation of the entire Palestinian territory from the river to the sea, restore the active Arab role in political decision-making, and devote the concepts of rapprochement and integration with the axis of resistance, to create a better tomorrow.
