In the speech of the representative of the Central Command of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, Hussam Al-Samman, Secretary of the Damascus Branch of the party, affirmed the solidarity of Syria and the Baath Party with the struggle of the Palestinian people to liberate their land and restore their legitimate rights, especially their right to self-determination, and that AlQuds is the capital of the desired Palestinian state and a holy city for all believers of the monotheistic religions, pointing out He pointed out that Syria’s positions in support of the Palestinian cause are firm, and that it has put its capabilities and capabilities in the service of this cause, which the enemies have tried to obliterate and remove, and that thanks to these positions, it has strengthened the steadfastness of our Palestinian people in the face of the Israeli occupation and aggression, and has also strengthened the role of the axis of resistance in confronting the Zionist and American-Western project. in the area.

Al-Samman expressed Syria’s solidarity with the renewed uprising of the people of Palestine, affirming its support until the liberation of the occupied lands and the restoration of the legitimate Palestinian rights in full, and that the approach of resistance continues and will be greater in size, influence and support from the axis of resistance until the achievement of victory over the enemy, the liberation of the land and the restoration of rights.

Al-Samman explained that the Palestinian issue is still at the top of the priorities and concerns of the resistance fighters and free people in the world, noting that AlQuds should not be used as a tool by the Israeli entity to achieve its goals to obliterate the identity of Palestine and its just cause.

Naji: Removal of the cancerous gland “Israel”

In Palestine’s speech at the celebration, Dr. Talal Naji, Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command, saluted Syria’s firm and principled positions under the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad, which had an active role in strengthening the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance in the face of the Israeli occupation, pointing to the continued support to the powers and states of the axis of resistance led by Syria and Iran.

Naji referred to the great sacrifices made by the Palestinian people in order to liberate their land and restore their rights, as they offered more than 150 martyrs since the start of the Great Palestinian Revolution, and that more than a million Palestinians were arrested in the occupation prisons, including youth, men, women, the elderly and children, noting that the majority of those who carried out acts of Heroic against the occupation and martyred were young people in the second decade of their lives.

Naji stressed that the Palestinian people, no matter what challenges and Israeli attacks they face, will remain determined to struggle and continue the struggle to liberate their land and restore their rights, stressing the importance of removing the cancerous gland in the region, which is called “Israel.”

Naji referred to the crises afflicting the entity of the Israeli enemy and the political divisions it suffers from and sharp tendencies between its currents and its parties that threaten the demise of the entity and its collapse in the near future, explaining that these divisions reflect the conflict and struggle over power, influence and decision-making within the entity and have nothing to do with the rights of the Palestinian people, and the feeling of anxiety The fear of the escalation of the resistance of this people and the increase in the demographic size of its people in exchange for the escalation of counter-migration among the Israeli settlers and their demographic decline and the increasing divisions in the internal rift of the entity.

Ghaddar: President al-Assad’s leadership has strengthened the choice of resistance.

In the speech of the Global Gathering in Support of the Choice of Resistance, its Secretary-General, Dr. Yahya Ghaddar, indicated that the Gathering is a global organization spread out in seventy Arab, Islamic and international countries whose goal is to support the axis of resistance in order to liberate Palestine and confront the American and Zionist scheme in the region.

Ghaddar saluted Syria’s courageous positions under the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad and its role in supporting the Palestinian cause and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to return, independence, and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with AlQuds as its capital. Syria did not give up its sovereignty and rights in the Golan Heights, and rejected the hegemony and domination schemes that the United States, the West, and the Israeli entity wanted to impose on Syria.

Ghaddar said: What was established by the Baath march, the era of correction, and the leadership of President Assad gave impetus to adhere to the option of resistance and steadfastness and to confront all projects that wanted to obliterate the identity of AlQuds and Palestine, and strengthened the morale of generations and youth to adhere to rights and land and make all sacrifices for liberation and its restoration, as well as hopes for victory and defeat of the Israeli enemy and its defeat and the return of the occupied lands and usurped rights to their real owners in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria and the Arab region.

Dr. Nidal Ammar, General Coordinator of the Gathering – Syria Branch, opened the ceremony with a welcoming speech in which he saluted the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their ever-renewed and ardent Intifada, as well as Syria’s stances under the leadership of President al-Assad and its embrace of the activities of the Solidarity Meeting and its support for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, referring to the role of the Gathering in defense of the Palestinian cause and the approach of resistance in all its legitimate forms and political, intellectual, cultural, economic and legal approaches.

Ammar noted that the Global Gathering in Support of the Choice of Resistance is an organization with multiple branches that transcend geography, political parties and affiliations, and includes everyone who believes in the resistance and its ideology and works to achieve its goals in all arenas and tracks.
