Dr. Ghadar views this gang and its partners from global terrorist groups of various nationalities, along with the involvement of the army, the state, security forces, and groups from Turkey, Chechnya, Uzbekistan, the Uyghurs, and other Arab, Islamic, and international nationalities, as creations of American and Israeli security agencies, manufactured under a Talmudic ideology.
